Cinco de Mayo

Sam Norton prepares the lime and salt ahead of the bank holiday for Cinco de Mayo celebrations. Tequilas at the ready…

The Mexican holiday of Cinco de Mayo (which means ‘Fifth of May’) is this Sunday, and with a bank holiday in the U.K what a fabulous weekend to celebrate it. Casamigos, the premium tequila brand founded by long time friends (not my personal friends mores the pity but hey, there’s still time…) George Clooney, Rande Gerber and Mike Meldman, has teamed up with some of the hottest spots in London over the weekend for us to party in style.

Casamigos Cinco de Mayo Menu at The Coral Room

This gorgeous hotel bar is a winner on any occasion with its floor to ceiling coral hues and luxurious style. This weekend, choose from their exclusive Casamigos menu, or have all five! The menu includes Coral’s Margarita (made with Casamigos Mezcal, Pink Grapefruit & Kumquat Shrubs, Fair Kumquat Liqueur, Supusawa & Hambledon Rose Sparkling Wine) and Tommy’s Margarita (mixed from Casamigos Anejo, Lime Juice & Agave Syrup) alongside Casa Coral (blended from Casamigos Reposado, Crème De Banana, Tonka Bitters & Fresh Lime) and Flaming Victory (a unique blend of Casamigos Blanco, Chocci Torino, Crème De Cacao & Red Chilli Bitters).
